Terms and Conditions for the Business Starter Kit

Thank you for purchasing the Business Starter Kit ("Kit"). By accessing or using the materials included in the Kit, you ("User") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Kit.

1. Ownership of Content

2. Limited License

The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to access and use the Materials solely for their own personal or business purposes.

Users may:

Modify or customize the Materials for their own use, provided such modifications remain within the scope of this agreement.

Users may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the Materials in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

Use the Materials, in whole or in part, as part of a product or service offered for sale, trade, or profit.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Republishing the Materials on any website, social media platform, or public forum without prior written consent from the Company.

Claiming ownership of the Materials or any derivative works created from them.

Using the Materials to compete with the Company or create a similar product offering.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Kit, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is complete. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Materials will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or result in any particular business outcome.
